Long-term availability

We guarantee 5 year availability on many of our products by the use of industrial components such as CPUs from the Intel® embedded Roadmap. This ensures high investment safety and planning security.

Fully configured

We offer you the possibility to procure DSM systems fully set up with the operating system(s) you require. In the case of projects or assembly, in this way you save the precious time that your engineers would otherwise spend performing the installation.

Customer-specific tests

We conduct testing in accordance with your specific requirements for serial production, for example with your own add-on cards or particular software. Peripherals that are also to be tested according to your requirements can be included.

DSM tests by default

• all systems with burn-in
• all systems with 3-way control
• each system with a high-voltage test
• each CPU card prior to equipment assembly
• with own EMC test equipment
• in accordance with customer-specific requirements for serial production

Modular designs

Due to the separation of the expansion slots from the actual computer (the slot CPU card), easy to maintain systems of up to 14 slots (12 free slots) can be realized. This means that tailored systems can be quickly configured.

Maintainability

As a DSM slot CPU is in mechanical terms a normal plug-in card, it can be quickly and easily exchanged. The maintenance time for servicing is generally less than five minutes.

Easy upgrade

Simple and quick exchange of the DSM slot CPU in our Infinity® 19" Industrial PC means that performance can be easily modified.

DIN EN ISO 9001:2008

For many years, DSM Computer GmbH has had a certified quality management system in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 9001 norm. The scope of application is the development, manufacture and marketing of digital embedded computer technology, industrial computers, panel system solutions and project-based and customer-specific industrial solutions.

PICMG

PICMG (PCI Industrie Computer Manufacturers Group) is a consortium of more than 500 industrial computer product providers, which cooperatively develops specifications for PCI-based systems and components for utilization in industry and telecommunications.
DSM Computer GmbH is an Executive Member of PICMG and participates in the development and marketing of new industry specifications.

Monitored manufacturing

All of the systems that we produce are manufactured in accordance with the relevant applicable safety standard.
Our manufacturing is monitored and regularly inspected in accordance with UL 60950-1, CSA 22.2 No. 60950-1-03 for "Information Technology Equipment Safety" and VDE EN60950-1.
Upon request, we are able to perform a corresponding registration for customer systems.
